ABA Therapy

We provide individualized ​ABA therapy to children with autism up to 18 years of age. Therapy uses specific, research-based methods. Goals focus on functional skills which improve their quality of life in areas that include language, social, communication, self-help, and play skills. Goals are written with the family by one of our qualified and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

On Your Way Academy

Our transitional classroom is a unique environment where your child can practice skills they will need in a traditional classroom. With a Licensed Elementary Educator, your child will earn classroom readiness skills while still being treated with respect for the unique person they are.

Employment Services

We can support you in finding your first job, maintaining your current career, or pursuing new, lasting, and fulfilling employment.​ Your goals, skill sets, and abilities are unique, so we customize our services to meet your unique needs. Our Benefit Specialist can also provide benefit analysis to evaluate how changes in employment will affect benefits you receive.

PAC Services

Participant Assistance and Care (PAC) Services assists you in acquiring and maintaining daily life skills in both the home and in the community. These can include meal prep, health and wellness, social skills, household chores, bill paying, leisure activities, homework strategies, and much more!

Behavior Consultation

We can help you master new skills and practice strategies for maintaining those skills across all environments. Our dedicated Master's level Behavior Consultants have years of experience working with individuals of different abilities, and additional, specialized training working with individuals on the autism spectrum. 

Social Groups

Social interaction and support can go along way in enriching one's life. That is why we have created and sponsor multiple social and support groups, free of charge for our clients and community. Our dedicated, trained staff host and facilitate our groups so you can trust that our quality and professional standards are being met even with our free services.
