Participant Assistance and Care (PAC) Services
Participant Assistance and Care (PAC) Services assists clients in acquiring and maintaining daily life skills in both the home and in the community through the support of a Direct Support Professional (DSP).
As caregivers, we understand how important it is to trust the professionals working with your loved ones. When matching a DSP to each client, we listen! We want to know the goals, concerns, and interests of clients, to make sure we are pairing them with the best possible match. Our DSPs are employees, not contractors. Some are even relatives or family friends of the individual they support - learn about becoming a paid DSP for your loved one on our Preferred Caregiver page. |
Although similar to Respite Services, PAC Services are more goal oriented. Your DSPs will work toward the goals listed in the Person Centered Individual Service Plan (PCISP).
These goals are only some of the many ways that we can help our clients achieve independence. Contact Us to see how we can help you meet your individual goals.
