Interested in ABA Services

Welcome! To obtain a placement in ABA Services, you will begin by completing the Interested List below. When a potential placement opens, we will reach out to you to complete the remaining steps: Client and Family Needs Profile, Meet-and-Greet Interview, Assessment with a Behavior Analyst, and finally your Placement Confirmation.

We match openings with prospective clients based on best fit. This way our clients achieve the greatest growth as quickly as possible.

When we feel a potential placement's staff and resources may fit your needs, we will send you a Client and Family Needs Profile to complete. If your needs align, we will schedule a Meet-and-Greet Interview.

Admission decisions are based on clinical appropriateness, staffing and scheduling capacity, caregiver participation, consistent attendance and participation in both client services and caregiver trainings, and our ability to match clients' individual needs with available staff competencies while maintaining effective and consistent service delivery.

In order to be accepted into services and maintain ongoing services, caregivers are required to:

  • Ensure consistent and timely attendance for scheduled appointments and caregiver trainings. 

  • Maintain reliable communication regarding absences, cancellations, illnesses, transportation issues, and scheduling conflicts. 

  • Participate in caregiver trainings, consultations, treatment planning, and other clinically recommended meetings or services. 

  • Follow scheduling policies and maintain a level of participation that supports consistent and effective treatment delivery. 

  • Provide relevant medical, behavioral, educational, safety, or environmental updates that may affect services or treatment planning. 

  • Interact respectfully and cooperatively with clinical and support staff.

Repeated missed appointments, late cancellations, inconsistent participation, or ongoing scheduling disruptions may affect the continuation or availability of services.
