Apply for Pre-Screening Assessments

​Thank you for your interest in receiving one or more Pre-Screening Assessments. Our assessments (autism, giftedness, and adult ADHD) are designed to provide you with valuable, affirming insights into traits you see in yourself or a loved one. Our simple application is below.

You will receive a complete report of your results, explained in relatable terms, along with a post-assessment consultation with our experienced assessor. During this consultation, our assessor will discuss not only the significance of your results but also possible next steps based on your goals and priorities. These next steps may include a formal diagnosis, identifying beneficial workplace or academic accommodations to advocate for, or simply resources to use to learn more about how your brain works.

Even if the results of the assessment differ from what you anticipated, your results report and post-assessment consultation will still provide you with valuable feedback and will do so with less wait time and at a lower cost than a formal diagnosis.

While the cost of a formal diagnosis can be $700 or higher, our assessments are only $400, including all material costs. Autism, giftedness, and ADHD are not one-size-fits-all, and so our assessments use different tools designed for different ages, modes of communication, and degree of symptoms.

Assessments take one hour to complete and one hour to discuss. Assessment and post-assessment consultation occur on separate days, so we will schedule two appointments with you.
