About the Role
It is the responsibility of a program coordinator to assist BCBAs with designing ABA client programs, maintaining program treatment fidelity, creating program materials, and training/supporting Behavior Technicians during their therapy sessions. Program coordinators will ensure that Partners in Autism policies and procedures and ABA standards are being upheld.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain Partners in Autism’s company culture standards and best practices
Meet with clients in a timely, respectful manner
Fill out all required paperwork and input data properly and on-time
Work with Behavior Analysts, Director of Behavior Analysis, and ABA Clinical Director to ensure quality of records are being maintained
Fulfill all behavior technician duties and assist with behaviors when applicable
Fill in for behavior technicians as needed
Ensure ABA best practices are being upheld and provide quality feedback to behavior technicians
Review and update data sheets and programming
Create materials and behavior intervention plans under the direction of a Behavior Analyst or Director of Behavior Analysis
Communicate with behavior technicians and Behavior Analysts effectively
Train staff members on new programs and intervention plans as directed by a Behavior Analyst
Attend parent consults and provide supports to the client and family/guardian throughout their ABA journey as approved by supervising Behavior Analyst
Collect and present research
Attend program coordinator meetings weekly
Stay up to date on required trainings/certifications
Disseminate information on Partners in Autism’s mission, services, and events to the community
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
Must maintain RBT Certification and all other qualifications of a behavior technician
Enrolled in an accredited Master’s Program in Behavioral Analysis or related field and must have completed a course equivalent to Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis within that program
Must maintain a GPA of 3.5 or higher
Must complete the Program Coordinator application process, including essay(s) and interview(s)
Minimum of 2 years experience in ABA
Must complete all company orientations, Health & Safety Training, and SafetyCareÂ
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to do activities as required to work directly with clients, which may include being able to bend, stoop, pull, push, walk, reach, lift, climb stairs, run without assistance, and lift at least 50 lbs. Must also be able to spend long periods of time on the floor with clients.
