Courtnie Dunker

Managing Director

Courtnie is passionate about educating children of all abilities. With both classroom and ABA experience, she leads our Supported Pathways Learning Center and ABA Transitional Classroom to provide our kids with specialized, one-on-one instruction and build classroom readiness. She also designs our Life Skills Program curriculum to help individuals of all ages maximize their independence.


Courtnie attended Purdue University Fort Wayne to earn a degree in elementary education. Courtnie first worked as a substitute teacher in a special needs classroom, and then moved to Partners in Autism to work more specifically with individuals with autism in the setting of a small local company. After working as a behavior technician, she advanced to the role of Director of ABA Services then later into her current role as Managing Director. Courtnie maintains her Elementary Teaching License to inform her role as the director of Partners in Autism’s ABA Transitional Classroom.
