Hayley Barnfield

Hayley is dedicated to creating connections that help clients develop and strengthen a range of skills so they can thrive - both personally and professionally. She uses her experience and knowledge to help individuals and families receive services that will benefit them in meaningful ways.

Hayley is a Fort Wayne native who discovered her passion for helping others through her son's autism diagnosis. That experience inspired her to dedicate her career to creating opportunities and meaningful support for individuals and families within her community. With a strong background in local nonprofit work, she has spent most of her career in community engagement and development, building partnerships and programs that make a lasting impact.
