Patience is keenly driven to support her team in their efforts to pursue meaningful employment for clients served. She values the person centered approach of Partners in Autism and takes pride in watching clients break barriers and grow in their professional skills and personal confidence. Her diverse background, both culturally and professionally, informs her daily practice as she collaboratively supports others in acquiring dignity-filled employment in integrated settings. Patience brings a wealth of knowledge with undergraduate and graduate degrees in Economics, Business Management, Software Engineering, Education, and Nonprofit Management. She also draws on experience in the fields of collegiate instruction (in Zimbabwe, the United Kingdom, and the United States), business development, career coaching, and Diversity-Equity-Inclusion training. She and her team work diligently to ensure they listen to clients' goals and passions as they work alongside them to achieve success in the workplace and beyond.
